A man who was arrested in a bizarre bestiality case after abusing a horse in a barn has been arrested again for the same thing.
Jack R. Blanke from the city of Quincy, in Adams County, Illinois State, USA, was apprehended after cops spotted him standing near a couple of horses with his ‘genitals exposed’ on Sunday, 23rd July.
The incident comes after the 39-year-old man was first taken into custody for ‘performing coitus’ on a horse earlier this year in April.
Blanke – now charged with one count of criminal trespass to real property – reportedly broke into the residence at the 5500 block of Bottom Road shortly before 1am.
He was caught after surveillance cameras showed him creeping around the farm, after which the property’s owner alerted the police.
Upon arrival, deputies were stunned to find him “standing near two horses with his genitals exposed”.
He was taken into custody and booked into the Adams County Jail at a USD 100 (GBP 78) bond.
Blanke’s previous arrest is highly similar to his latest one, and occurred at around 12.44am near a farm in the 4300 block of Deer Ridge Road in Melrose Township, Michigan State, USA.
At the time several police officers were reportedly conducting stationary patrols when they came across Blanke having intercourse with the animal.
They claimed that he was standing on a five-gallon bucket and feeding the horse apples while ‘performing coitus’ at the same time.
Blanke was then arrested and charged with one count of unlawful sexual contact with an animal, a class four felony, one misdemeanour count of criminal trespass to land, and one count of criminal property damage.
At court, judges heard that the accused 39-year-old man had “placed his penis inside the vagina”, before he admitted through his lawyer that he “allegedly had sex with the horse about a dozen times”.
Reports claimed that Blanke reached a deal with prosecutors last month and pleaded guilty to criminal damage of property for injuring a domestic animal of another without consent.
In turn, officials dropped the charges for the sexual contact with an animal and criminal trespass, and sentenced him to time served and two years of probation.
As part of the judgement, Blanke was also ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation.
He is set to appear in court regarding the newest charges at 1.30pm on Monday, 31st July.
