Cop Brings Woman Food After Her BF Forced Kids To Watch Him Eat Last Two Hotdogs

These images show a kind police officer bringing a woman food after her boyfriend made the hungry kids watch him eat the last two hotdogs in the house.

Photo shows the groceries Arapahoe County Sheriff’s deputy brought to Vicki, 71, from Arapahoe, Colorado. The woman didn’t have food for her great-grandchildren after her boyfriend ate the last two hot dogs in her home. (Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office/Newsflash).

Great-grandmother Vicki, 71, is parenting her two grandkids, aged 8 and 10, in Arapahoe County, in the US state of Colorado.

But her boyfriend made the kids watch him eat the last two hotdogs in the home and the children went to bed hungry, prompting an argument between Vicki and her unnamed boyfriend.

He then called the cops but after they showed up, they sided with Vicki and told the boyfriend to leave, with one kind cop then going grocery shopping for Vicki.

The footage shows a deputy, Ryan Weiner, knocking on the door and talking to Vicki, with it becoming apparent that the children did not eat the night before and were apparently not going to eat again that day.

So the cop decides on the spot to head to the shops and buy Vicki some food.

He returns with a large bag full of food.

As he shows her the items that he brought, he tells her that she should have enough for a few days, prompting Vicki to break down in tears.

She can be seen apologising to the officer, but he tells her it is OK.

Newsflash obtained a statement from the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, 19th July, saying: “Our deputies responded to a domestic dispute involving Vicki, 71, and her boyfriend. Vicki told Deputy Weiner the argument started because her ‘babies were hungry.’ She is parenting her two great-grandchildren, ages 8 and 10.

“She told deputies her boyfriend had cooked the last two hotdogs for dinner and made the kids watch him eat, while they went to bed hungry.

“The argument escalated, resulting in the boyfriend calling 911, but when deputies arrived, they determined Vicki’s story was more credible and asked the boyfriend to leave.”

The statement added: “Deputy Weiner said his heart broke for the children, so he left the home and went to Walmart to buy groceries. Vicki was so appreciative, she encouraged us to share this body camera video. Thank you Deputy Weiner for the kindness, compassion and generosity you showed this family.”

It was unclear where the children’s parents were.
